Common use of Supplemental Benefits Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Benefits. 32 The County shall supplement the amount of Workers' Compensation benefits 33 received by the employee for temporary disability due to occupational injury, illness or 34 disease by an amount which, coupled with Workers' Compensation payments, will insure 35 the disabled employee the equivalent of one hundred percent (100%) of his or her semi- 36 monthly net take-home pay (as calculated in accordance with Workers' Compensation 37 regulations) subject to the following conditions:

Supplemental Benefits. 32 31 The County shall supplement the amount of Workers' Compensation benefits 33 received 32 by the employee for temporary disability due to occupational injury, illness or 34 disease by an 33 amount which, coupled with Workers' Compensation payments, will insure 35 the disabled 34 employee the equivalent of one hundred percent (100%) of his or her semi- 36 semi-monthly net 1 take-home pay (as calculated in accordance with Workers' Compensation 37 regulations) subject 2 to the following conditions:

Supplemental Benefits. 32 The County shall supplement the amount of Workers' Worker's 25 Compensation benefits 33 received by the employee for temporary disability due to 26 occupational injury, illness illness, or 34 disease by an amount which, coupled with Workers' Worker's 27 Compensation payments, will insure 35 the disabled employee the equivalent of one hundred one- 28 hundred-percent (100%) of his or her semi- 36 semi-monthly net take-home pay (as calculated in 29 accordance with Workers' ’ Compensation 37 regulations) subject to the following conditions:

Supplemental Benefits. 32 28 The County shall supplement the amount of Workers' Compensation benefits 33 received 29 by the employee for temporary disability due to occupational injury, illness or 34 disease by an 30 amount which, coupled with Workers' Compensation payments, will insure 35 the disabled 31 employee the equivalent of one hundred percent (100%) of his or her semi- 36 semi-monthly net take-take 32 home pay (as calculated in accordance with Workers' Compensation 37 regulations) subject to 33 the following conditions:: 56

Supplemental Benefits. 32 The County shall supplement the amount of Workers' Compensation benefits 33 46 received by the employee for temporary disability due to occupational injury, illness or 34 disease by an amount 47 which, coupled with Workers' Compensation payments, will insure 35 the disabled employee the equivalent of one 48 hundred percent (100%) of his or her semi- 36 monthly net take-home pay (as calculated in accordance with 49 Workers' Compensation 37 regulations) subject to the following conditions:: 50

Supplemental Benefits. 32 21 The County shall supplement the amount of Workers' Compensation benefits 33 22 received by the employee for temporary disability due to occupational injury, illness illness, or 34 23 disease by an amount which, coupled with Workersworkers' Compensation payments, will insure 35 24 the disabled employee the equivalent of one hundred percent (100%) of his or her semi- 36 25 monthly net take-home pay (as calculated in accordance with Workers' Compensation 37 regulations) subject to the following conditions:
