Supplemental Assignments. Academic Departments/Schools are those departments recognized and approved by the Board of Trustees. For purposes of this Article, Bargaining Unit Members refer to those faculty identified in accordance with Article 5. Administrative and coordination duties are assigned to Bargaining Unit Members through supplemental contracts and may include the roles of: Department Chairpersons, Academic Program Directors, Clinical Coordinators, and other Directors (non-departmental).
Supplemental Assignments. A teacher accepting supplemental assignment shall be compensated as specified in Appendix A.
Supplemental Assignments. As reasonably required by a Party in order to effectuate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, each Party shall also execute and deliver at (and after) the Closing such other assignments, bills of sale, certificates of title and other documents, and shall take such other actions, as are necessary or appropriate, to transfer the Purchased Assets to Buyer and/or the relevant Designated Buyers and otherwise implement and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Supplemental Assignments. Those extra curricular assignments to which a teacher is contracted. Refer to the appropriate Supplemental Salary Schedule in the appendix.
Supplemental Assignments. (a) Recognizing the desirability of adequate levels of constant income for part-time employees, the Board will continue to seek to provide supplemental assignments, within the framework of operational needs, to augment the earnings of those continuing employees working part-time who request such additional opportunities.
Supplemental Assignments. Any supplemental assignment outside the regular school day shall be voluntary on the part of the teacher. Should a teacher refuse to volunteer for any supplemental assignment, no retaliation will follow.
Supplemental Assignments. 17.1 New positions may be created by the administration, but the salaries for said positions shall be established with the association president’s input prior to Board approval.
Supplemental Assignments. (i.e. Curriculum Work; Summer School Teaching, and other supplemental assignments) - $27.00 per hour in 2017-2018 and $29.00 per hour in 2018- 2019.
Supplemental Assignments. A. A listing of supplemental assignments and supplemental pay shall be set forth in Appendices. The listing does not require the Board to fill the position. If the position is filled, the Board shall pay the designated amount.
Supplemental Assignments. A. 1. The Board may enter into a supplemental contract with a member. A supplemental contract is for duties outside of a member’s regular teaching duties and established in the tables set forth below.
