Supplemental and Additional Services. 4.1 Supplemental Services are not included in Basic Services but may be required for the Project. The Architect shall provide the Supplemental Services indicated below, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Supplemental Services may include programming, site evaluation and planning, environmental studies, civil engineering, landscape design, telecommunications/data, security, measured drawings of existing conditions, coordination of separate contractors or independent consultants, detailed cost estimates, on-site project representation beyond requirements of Section 4.2.2, value analysis, interior architectural design, tenant related services, preparation of record drawings, commissioning, sustainable project services, and any other services not otherwise included in this Agreement. Supplemental and Additional Services. The scope is amended to include civil design for (i) a new service drive for, and surface drainage improvements on, the south side of Building 710 for patient access to playing fields, and (ii) structural design to reinforce the existing roof structure of Building 710 to support equipment. Additional patient safety provisions, hardening, and program control at Building 710 are to include Area A1, Boys High Risk Sleeping Areas, and Add Alternate revision to sleeping room closets for possible conversion into locker alcoves.
