Supplement to Security Agreement. Schedule III to the Security Agreement is, effective as of the date hereof, hereby supplemented to add to such Schedule the Additional Collateral.

Supplement to Security Agreement. This Copyright Security Agreement has been entered into in conjunction with the security interest granted to the Collateral Agent under the Security Agreement, and Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of the Collateral Agent with respect to the security interest in Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein. The terms of this Copyright Security Agreement are supplemental to and not in replacement of the terms of the Security Agreement, and the rights and remedies of the Collateral Agent with respect to the security interests granted herein are without prejudice to, but in addition to, those set forth in the Security Agreement. If there is any conflict between this Copyright Security Agreement and the Security Agreement, the Security Agreement will govern.

The rights and remedies of Secured Party with respect to the security interests granted herein are without prejudice to, and are in addition to those set forth in the Security Agreement or any other security documents referred to in the Loan Documents, all terms and provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference.
