SUPERVISORY TEACHERS. Supervisory teachers of student teachers shall be tenure teachers who voluntarily accept this assignment and they shall be known as "Supervisory Teachers." The parties recognize that "Supervisory Teachers" are not supervisors under Public Act 379 of 1965.

SUPERVISORY TEACHERS. 67 Supervisory teachers of student teachers 68 shall be tenured teachers possessing a minimum 69 of a BS Degree in academic preparation who 70 voluntarily accept the assignment, and they 71 shall be known as "supervisory teachers." The 72 parties recognize that "supervisory teachers" 73 are not supervisory employees as defined in 74 P.E.L.R.A.
SUPERVISORY TEACHERS. Supervisory teachers of student teachers shall be continuing contract teachers who accept the assignment. They shall be known as supervisory teachers. The parties recognize that supervisory teachers are not supervisory employees as defined in PELRA Supervisory teachers shall be allowed to accept the honorarium offered to them by the college placing the student teacher.
SUPERVISORY TEACHERS

  • Supervisory Employees For the purposes of this Article, the parties agree that Supervisory positions are those that are not excluded under Article 2.0 above and that satisfy the following criteria:

  • Itinerant Teachers a) An itinerant Teacher is a Teacher who is assigned duties by the Employer in more than one school in a day.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member. Such work by supervisors may result from but shall not cause any layoffs of covered members.

  • Tenured Teachers Tenured teachers will receive formal evaluation conferences at least by the end of their fifth year in Harford County and at the minimum rate of once every five (5) years thereafter. All observations of a classroom performance shall be conducted openly.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE Section 1. The Employer and the Federation agree to the establishment of Labor- Management Relations Committees for Divisions represented by the Federation. The purpose of these Committees is to discuss any item of concern, including safety, to either party and to improve communications between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
