SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES. The parties hereby acknowledge that, if so indicated in a Statement of Work, then while performing the services or producing the deliverables subject to this Agreement, Provider personnel, if any, shall be under the day-to-day supervision and direction of Client and Provider’s obligation under this Agreement will be to furnish Client with trained and skilled personnel to work under the direction of Client toward the completion of any services or deliverables within the broad description of the Statement of Work.
