Supervision of Persons Served. 1. Supervision by COMMUNITY THERAPEUTIC CENTER, INC. • The Director or designee is responsible for the overall supervision of the persons served and the coordination of the various departmental functions in relation to the person’s program. • The Director or designee is expected to monitor the program of the persons served and keep the DORS counselors informed as to progress and problems, if any. • Supervision of the DORS consumer shall include: o Maintenance of attendance and progress reports. o Direct instruction/evaluation of course content. o Interpretation and enforcement of the policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the orderly operation of COMMUNITY THERAPEUTIC CENTER, INC. program. o Reporting any irregularities in the program of the DORS consumer. • Criminal Background Check: o The COMMUNITY THERAPEUTIC CENTER, INC. is responsible for ensuring that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who provide services to DORS consumers under this cooperative agreement, are fingerprinted and have a background check consistent with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 5-551 through 5-557 and CARF Employment and Community Services Standards Manual.

  • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Supervision of Student Teachers Paragraph 1: Supervision of a student teacher shall be voluntary. Teachers shall normally be notified of a student teacher assigned at least two (2) weeks prior to the student teacher’s introduction to the classroom.   • REDUCTION OF PERSONNEL A. The District and the Association recognize the possibility that the financial condition of the schools at a given time could necessitate a curtailment of program on the part of the District, including a reduction of personnel. The parties also recognize that such determinations are within the exclusive discretion of the District. In the event of a general cutback or reduction of personnel through layoff from employment, the following procedure, based upon program needs, will be utilized by the District or its designated representatives:

  • Supervision of Work The TSP shall provide all necessary superintendence for execution of the Project and its supervisory personnel shall be available to provide full-time superintendence for execution of the Project. The TSP shall provide skilled personnel who are experienced in their respective fields.

  • Removal of Personnel TFC may request that the Contractor replace unsatisfactory personnel, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.
