Supervision of Non. Licensed Personnel/Volunteers When non-certificated personnel are assigned to, and/or volunteers are used in the classroom, instruction will be directed by the certificated teacher, who shall supervise the activities of such personnel. In order to coordinate efforts to address student achievement, time within the regular school day will be utilized at least once per month during the school year for collaboration between elementary classroom teachers and any non-certificated personnel a teacher supervises (for kindergarten and class-size purposes). This time can be flexible and look different from site to site as reflected in the schedules developed at different schools.
