SUPERVISION AND WORKFORCE. Contractor has to provide supervision and workforce to maintain the Communication of Turamdih Mill on Round the Clock basis. One competent “Maintenance Supervisor” to co-ordinate all activities of maintenance of Communication System of a modern process plant shall be deputed at site exclusively for present tender. Maintenance Supervisor will have total responsibility of:  General Shift management.  Planning and execution of Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.  Adequate inventory of spares and consumables. Maintenance Supervisor will be in general shift. He should have two/ four-xxxxxxx to ensure easy accessibility and movement during breakdowns. The head quarter of maintenance Supervisor will be “Turamdih Ore Processing Plant” and he should give his full time to supervision of maintenance work and whose duties and responsibility should be in totality. The contractor should deploy only such persons who are careful, skilled and experienced in their respective trade and whose qualification and experience meet the NIT requirement. Some relaxation for technician (limited to 25 % of total workforce) in qualification and experience may be considered on case-to-case basis for highly deserving candidates suitable for the job depending on the interview performance and trade test. Trade test of work force will be taken by a team of UCIL and workforce will be approved after satisfactory performance.

  • Supervision and Evaluation The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.

  • Supervision and Oversight The Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing supervision and oversight to all the Contractor’s personnel that are assigned to the Agency properties pursuant to this contract.

  • SUPERVISION OF THE WORK 6.1 Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using Contractor’s best skill and attention. Contractor shall be solely responsible for all methods, techniques, sequences and procedures, and shall coordinate all portions of the Work. County will deal only through Contractor, who shall be responsible for the proper execution of the entire Work.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Supervision and Direction Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work using diligent skill and attention. Contractor shall be responsible for and shall coordinate all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures. (See Article 3.1.1

  • Supervision by Contractor The Contractor shall give efficient supervision to the work, using his best skill and attention. He shall carefully study and compare all drawings, specifications, and instructions and shall at once report to the Design Professional any error, inconsistency, or omission that he may discover, but he shall not be held responsible for their existence or discovery.

  • Supervisors Working (a) The work of Supervisors will not include assignment to work normally performed by employees of the bargaining unit except for training or demonstration. “Training or demonstration” shall not be used as a subterfuge for the performing of any bargaining unit work. Any claimed abuses will be referred to the Grievance Procedure. Where possible, the shop xxxxxxx will be notified. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work until after all rea- sonable efforts have been exhausted to have the work covered.

  • Supervision The Recipient shall provide and maintain competent and adequate project management covering the supervision and inspection of the development and construction of the Project and bear the responsibility of ensuring that construction conforms to the approved surveys, plans, profiles, cross sections and specifications.

  • SUPERVISION DUTIES 1. No teacher shall be required to perform any supervision duties during the school’s regularly scheduled noon intermission or before school in the mornings.
