In no event shall the Contractor employ construction means, methods, techniquesprocedures and techniques that violate (1) requirements of any warranties applicable to the Work, sequences or procedures(2) laws, ordinances, regulations, rules and orders which bear upon the Contractor’s performance of the Work.
