SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be terminated immediately and automatically if the parties enter into another employment agreement which supersedes this Agreement. In the event the parties enter into a superseding agreement, no severance pay or other compensation shall be due to Executive with respect to the termination of this Agreement.
