SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. All previous agreements or arrangements, if any, made between Maybank and the Cardmember, written or verbal, are hereby cancelled and superseded by this Agreement.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and contains all the agreements between them with respect to the subject matter hereof. It also supersedes any and all other agreements or contracts, either oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. I understand and agree that this Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to its subject matter.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Employment Agreement shall supersede any prior employment agreement entered into between the Company and Executive.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement supersedes any statements, representations or agreements of the Corporation with respect to the grant of the Option, any other equity-based awards or any related rights, and the Participant hereby waives any rights or claims related to any such statements, representations or agreements. This Agreement does not supersede or amend any confidentiality agreement, non-solicitation agreement, non-competition agreement, employment agreement or any other similar agreement between the Participant and the Corporation, including, but not limited to, any restrictive covenants contained in such agreements.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement supersedes any and all other employment agreements, written or oral, between the Company and Employee.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement supersedes any statements, representations or agreements of BB&T with respect to the grant of the Option or any related rights, and the Participant hereby waives any rights or claims related to any such statements, representations or agreements. This Agreement does not supersede or amend any existing confidentiality agreement, nonsolicitation agreement, noncompetition agreement, employment agreement or any other similar agreement between the Participant and BB&T, including, but not limited to, any restrictive covenants contained in such agreements.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be terminated immediately and automatically if the parties enter into another employment agreement which supersedes this Agreement. In the event the parties enter into a superseding agreement, no severance pay or other compensation shall be due to Executive with respect to the termination of this Agreement.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement, including Exhibit A hereto, --------------------- shall constitute the full and entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede any prior agreements, written or oral, between Employee and the Company and/or its affiliates with respect thereto, including the Former Agreement, which shall be null and void.
SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement supersedes any other agreement between the parties concerning loans of securities between the parties hereto.
