Common use of Supersedes Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Supersedes Prior Agreements. This Agreement replaces and supersedes any other agreement or agreements, oral or written, that the Company may have with Indemnitee with respect to the subject matter covered by this Agreement.

Supersedes Prior Agreements. This Agreement replaces and supersedes any other agreement or agreements, oral or written, that the Company may have with Indemnitee with respect to the subject matter covered by this Agreement, including but not limited to the Original Indemnification Agreement.
