SUPERSEDES. This Agreement supersedes and cancels all prior agreements covering the Concession Premises; however, any and all continuing obligations arising under prior agreements shall survive.
SUPERSEDES. This License Agreement supersedes and cancels all prior licenses and agreements covering the Licensed Premises; however, any and all continuing obligations arising under prior agreements shall survive.
SUPERSEDES. This Lease supersedes all prior agreements between the parties.

SUPERSEDES. ENTIRE AGREEMENT - AMENDMENTS This Lease supersedes and cancels all previous leases, agreements, and “special use permits” between Landlord and Tenant covering the Leased Premises and represents the entire agreement between the parties. All negotiations, oral agreements, and understandings are merged herein. This Lease Agreement may be amended, supplemented, changed, modified, or altered only upon mutual agreement of the parties hereto in writing.
SUPERSEDES. This Lease Agreement supersedes and cancels any and all oral negotiations or previously executed agreements between the parties hereto pertaining to the herein described Premises.
SUPERSEDES. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties to this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations and understandings between the parties whether oral or written, expressed or implied.
SUPERSEDES. This Agreement supersedes and cancels any oral or written agreement between the parties relating to the functions covered by this Agreement whose content would be contrary to the provisions of this Agreement.
