Common use of Superintendent or Designee Clause in Contracts

Superintendent or Designee. If no settlement has been reached in 44 Step 2, within the specified time limits, the Union representative may within fifteen 45 (15) working days, submit the written grievance to the Superintendent or designee.

If no settlement has been reached in 44 29 Step 2, within the specified time limits, the Union representative may within 30 fifteen 45 (15) working days, submit the written grievance to the Superintendent or 31 designee. A meeting will be scheduled within ten (10) working days of receipt of 32 the written Step 3 grievance. These parties, within ten (10) working days from 33 the Step 3 meeting, shall attempt to resolve the dispute and indicate by written 34 statement the grievance disposition.
