Common use of Superintendent or Designee Clause in Contracts

Superintendent or Designee. If the grievant is not satisfied with the Level I decision, the grievance may be appealed in writing to the Superintendent or designee within five (5) days. The Superintendent/designee may convene a grievance hearing and shall render a decision in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance or of the grievance hearing.
