Common use of Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Superintendent of Schools. 1. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) days after presentation of the grievance in writing, he/she must file the formal written grievance with the Association's committee within three (3) days after the decision at Level One.
