Superannuation Fund. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b) to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b) and pay the amount authorised under Clauses 24(d)(i) or 24(d)(ii) to one of the following superannuation funds:
Superannuation Fund. Unless to comply with superannuation legislation, the employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 38.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 38.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 38.3 a. or b. to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor:

(a) Subject to clause 12.5, the School shall make superannuation contributions for the benefit of Teachers in accordance with relevant Commonwealth superannuation legislation into the Teacher's nominated fund. If the Teacher does not choose a fund in accordance with legislation, the School will make the contributions into:
Superannuation Fund. 33.3.1 The Company will make the superannuation contributions to a complying fund nominated by the Employee. In the absence of an Employee nominated fund, the contributions shall be paid to an Employees stapled super fund, the default fund, or such other complying fund nominated from time to time by the Company.

Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in sub-clause 23.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in sub-clause 23.2 and pay the amount authorised under sub-clauses 23.3 (a) or (b) to the Health Employees Superannuation Trust of Australia (HESTA) or its successor.
