Superannuation Contributions During Period of Parental Leave. (a) This clause applies to an employee who is entitled to at least 14 weeks paid primary caregiver leave and who takes unpaid primary caregiver parental leave during the first 12 months of their parental leave period.

Superannuation Contributions During Period of Parental Leave. (a) This provision is to provide Employer superannuation contributions benefits to female employees, with 12 months continuous service at the time of commencing parental leave, and who may take unpaid leave during the first six months of their parental leave.

The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise the Employer and provide necessary documentation within seven (7) days of returning to work.
