Sundry Provisions. Section 1. All of the covenants, promises, stipulations and agreements of the Shipowner in this Mortgage contained shall bind the Shipowner and its successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of the Mortgagee and its respective successors and assigns. In the event of any assignment or transfer of this Mortgage, the term "Mortgagee", as used in this Mortgage, shall be deemed to mean any such assignee or transferee.
