The minimum rate of wages for Apprentices shall be as contained in Schedule “‘A” attached hereto, and forming an integral part of this Agreement. Millwrights will not be required to take directions or instructions in reference to the work being performed, or work to be performed, other than from their Millwright Foremen. When the number of Employees on a job or project is one to four Millwrights, one shall be appointed Xxxxxxx and will receive a minimum of eight percent above the Journeyman rate. When the number of Employees on the job or project reaches five Millwrights, one shall be appointed Fore- man. This Xxxxxxx can be the sub-Xxxxxxx. The Xxxxxxx will receive fifteen percent above the Journeyman rate. From eleven to twenty Employees a further Fore- man will be appointed. This ratio will continue as further Employees are hired.
Sunday to Saturday. All employees who work on a Saturday or Sunday as their regular scheduled shift shall receive a $1.50 per hour shift premium. Employees will have the right to exercise their seniority to obtain work at straight time on days outside their regularly scheduled work week in order to make up for time lost due to temporary lay off during that same week.
