Common use of Sunday Premium Clause in Contracts

Sunday Premium. Employees will be paid 1.25 times their base rate for Sunday work, including overtime, when it is part of their regularly scheduled workweek. When an employee receives a Sunday premium, the premium is included in the base on which overtime is applied.
