Common use of Sunday or Holiday Clause in Contracts

Sunday or Holiday. When a regular designated payday falls on a Sunday or a holiday (excluding personal holiday), the paychecks for the employee not designated to work on such Sunday or holiday shall be made avail- able on the preceding day.
