Sunday and Holiday Work. (a) In addition to the eight (8) hours pay at the regular straight-time rate which will be paid to all employees for the holidays specified in Article 9 of the Agreement, those employees who work on such holidays shall, in addition, be paid double the regular straight-time rate, except where the regular schedule of work extends into holi- day hours.
Sunday and Holiday Work. Section A. The following shall be con sidered holidays: New Year’s Day, Memo rial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. When one of these holidays falls on a Sun day, the holiday shall be celebrated on the Monday immediately following. In a week in which one of the above holidays occur, a regular employee who works his scheduled workday before and his scheduled workday after the holiday will receive eight (8) hours straight time pay in addition to the hours actually worked. Absence during a holiday week caused by illness substanti ated by a doctor’s certificate or absence approved in advance by the Employer, shall not disqualify the employee for holiday pay, provided he has performed some work in the holiday week. Such doctor’s certificate must be presented during the week in which the employee returns to work. Sundays and holidays begin at 12:01 A.M. and end at midnight. EMPLOYEES’ PERSONAL HOLIDAY

Add: In lieu of sick days, effective January 1, 1978, regular employees shall be entitled to two (2) additional holidays at eight (8) hours straight time pay for a total of four (4) days to be paid with the first week of vacation in 1978. Effective January 1, 1979, regular employees shall be entitled to one (1) additional holiday at eight (8) hours straight time pay for a total of five (5) days to be paid with the first week of vacation in 1979.

Work on Sundays and holidays shall be kept at such a minimum as, in the opinion of the Company, is consistent with the proper construction, operations and maintenance of its facilities in efficiently and economically providing continuous and satisfactory service to the public.
Sunday and Holiday Work. All hours worked on Sundays shall be paid for at one and one-half times (1 1/2x) the regular straight time hourly rate. All hours worked on Legal Holidays specified in Article 11 of this Agreement, shall be paid for at double (2x) the regular straight time hourly rate.
Sunday and Holiday Work. Except as otherwise provided, all work done on a Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double time, while all work done on a holiday prescribed by clause 44 of this Agreement shall be paid for at the rate of triple time. There shall be a minimum payment of four hours at the appropriate rate for any work performed on a Sunday or holiday, provided that such payment does not apply to work which is continuous with work done on the previous or following day.
Sunday and Holiday Work. All non-scheduled work performed on Sundays and holidays shall be paid at twice the employee's regular rate of pay. All scheduled work performed on Sundays and holidays shall be paid at one and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay except as provided above. Any employee who works on a paid holiday shall receive his regular pay for such holiday in addition to the premium pay provided herein. Scheduled work includes all Sunday and holiday work assigned before the end of your shift on Thursday.
Sunday and Holiday Work. 25.01 Sundays shall be limited to regular rig maintenance and regular station house work only. Any other outstanding work will be held over to another workday.
