Sumps and Well Cellars. Sumps and well cellars are used for collecting oil spills from the facility at various locations such as the wellhead stuffing boxes and test sites. Fugitive emissions from well cellars are credited a 70 percent control efficiency for maintaining the cellars per Rule 344 requirements. These emissions are estimated based District P&P 6100.060 (Calculation of Fugitive Hydrocarbon Emissions at Oil and Gas Facilities by the CARB/KVB Method - Modified for the Revised ROC Definition). These emissions units are classified as being in primary, secondary, tertiary or post-tertiary service. The calculation methodology is: ER = [(EF x SAREA  24) x (1  CE) x (HPP)] Where: ER = emission rate (lb/period) EF = ROC emission factor (lb/ft2-day) SAREA= unit surface area (ft2) CE = control efficiency HPP = operating hours per time period (hrs/period) Emission calculations are shown in Attachments 10.1 and 10.2.

  • Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees. Upon a recommendation pertaining to a facility or a specifically designated area(s) thereof from the Medical Officer of Health or in compliance with applicable provincial legislation, the following rules will apply:

You will be encouraged to visit the LIFE Center to see what it is like. If you are interested in enrolling, a LIFE Provider representative and the Independent Enrollment Broker will assist you with the enrollment process. You should be prepared to participate in phone calls and/or visits with both the LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker in order to complete your enrollment process.

  • Plant The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Influenza Vaccine Upon recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health, all employees shall be required, on an annual basis to be vaccinated and or to take antiviral medication for influenza. If the costs of such medication are not covered by some other sources, the Employer will pay the cost for such medication. If the employee fails to take the required medication, she may be placed on an unpaid leave of absence during any influenza outbreak in the home until such time as the employee has been cleared by the public health or the Employer to return to the work environment. The only exception to this would be employees for whom taking the medication will result in the employee being physically ill to the extent that she cannot attend work. Upon written direction from the employee’s physician of such medical condition in consultation with the Employer’s physician, (if requested), the employee will be permitted to access their sick bank, if any, during any outbreak period. If there is a dispute between the physicians, the employee will be placed on unpaid leave. If the employee gets sick as a reaction to the drug and applies for WSIB the Employer will not oppose the application. If an employee is pregnant and her physician believes the pregnancy could be in jeopardy as a result of the influenza inoculation and/or the antiviral medication she shall be eligible for sick leave in circumstances where she is not allowed to attend at work as a result of an outbreak. This clause shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
