Summer Work. Summer work related to the transportation of District students beyond the regular school year calendar will be posted and bid upon by the bargaining unit on a seniority basis and according to mutually discussed procedures. The District and Union will also discuss the method by which the employees will be notified of such procedures. (Such procedures will be discussed by a joint committee and be ready for display and implementation on a date agreed by the committee.)
