Common use of Summative Evaluation Report Clause in Contracts

Summative Evaluation Report. The draft Summative Evaluation Report must be developed in accordance with CMS' separately provided guidance entitled, "Preparing the Evaluation Report." The state must submit a draft Summative Evaluation Report for the demonstration’s current approval period within 18 months of the end of the approval period represented by these STCs. The Summative Evaluation Report must include information as outlined in the approved evaluation design.
