Suggestions. We shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You, including Users, relating to the operation of the Services.

You agree that SFDC shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into any SFDC products or services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You or Your Users relating to the operation of the Platform and/or the SFDC Service.

Suggestions. Customer agrees that BMC shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into any BMC products or services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by Customer relating to the Subscription Services.
Suggestions. Some of Snow’s changes to user interfaces, features, and functionality come as a result of suggestions made by customers, whether in the form of suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by a customer or its users relating to the Products (“Suggestions”). Customer hereby grants to Snow an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use any Suggestions that Customer provides to Snow or its Affiliates as Snow deems appropriate without restriction or obligation to Customer; provided that all such use will be subject to Snow’s confidentiality obligations herein.
Suggestions. The Customer may from time to time provide Suggestions to TNP. Both parties agree that all Suggestions are and shall be given entirely voluntarily. Suggestions, even if designated as confidential by the Customer, shall not, absent a separate written agreement, create any confidentiality obligation for TNP. Furthermore, except as otherwise provided herein or in a separate subsequent written agreement between the parties, TNP shall be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license or otherwise distribute, and exploit the Suggestions provided to it as it sees fit, entirely without obligation or restriction of any kind on account of intellectual property rights or otherwise
Suggestions. You may voluntarily provide suggestions, comments or other feedback (“Feedback”) to us with respect to items or information provided by us under this Agreement. We are not required to hold your Feedback in confidence, and your Feedback may be used by us for any purpose without obligation of any kind. Incorporation of your Feedback into our materials or products does not affect our exclusive ownership of such materials by us.
Suggestions. If you provide any Suggestions to us or our affiliates, we will own Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Suggestions, even if you have designated the Suggestions as confidential. We and our affiliates will be entitled to use the Suggestions without restriction. You hereby irrevocably assign to us with full title guarantee (including by way of present assignment of future rights) all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Suggestions absolutely and agree to provide us any assistance we may require to document, perfect, and maintain our Intellectual Property Rights in the Suggestions. To the extent (if any) that the foregoing assignment is ineffective for any reason, you agree to grant and hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide licence to make, have made, use, import, offer for sale, sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, display, perform and otherwise exploit such Suggestions without restriction.
