Sufficient Workforce. The ESCO shall furnish a competent and adequate staff as necessary for the proper administration, coordination and supervision of the work; organize the procurement of all materials and equipment so that they shall be available at the time they are needed for the work; and ensure that an adequate force of skilled workmen are available to complete the work in accordance with all requirements of this Agreement.

Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Responsiveness The Contractor has provided an appropriate and timely response to each of the City’s requests.
