Sufficient Notice. Any notice or other communication hereunder shall be in writing (including, but not limited to, facsimile transmission or by e-mail) and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given, for all purposes, if deposited, postage prepaid, in a post office or letter box addressed to the Person for whom such notice is intended (or in the case of notice by facsimile or e-mail, when received and telephonically or electronically confirmed), to the name and address set forth in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Agreement or such other address provided in writing to the Environmental Response Trust Administrative Trustee by an authorized representative of the United States or the respective State or Tribe.
