Sufficient Consideration. The Executive understands that the foregoing restrictions may limit the ability of the Executive to earn a livelihood in a business similar to the business of the Company, but nevertheless believes that the Executive has received and shall receive sufficient consideration and other benefits, as an employee of the Company and as otherwise provided hereunder, to justify such restrictions which, in any event (given the education, skills and ability of the Executive), the Executive believes would not prevent the Executive from earning a living.
Sufficient Consideration. The conversion of CSARs to Converted CSARs and the elimination of discrete Exercise Windows therefor effected by this Amendment constitutes good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by the Executive’s acceptance of the this Amendment.

Executive understands that the provisions of this Section 5 may limit his ability to earn a livelihood in a business similar to the business of the Company or its affiliates but nevertheless agrees and hereby acknowledges that the consideration provided under this Agreement, including any amounts or benefits provided under Sections 3 and 4 of this Agreement and other obligations undertaken by the Company hereunder, is sufficient to justify the restrictions contained in such provisions. In consideration thereof and in light of Executive’s education, skills and abilities, Executive agrees that he will not assert in any forum that such provisions prevent him from earning a living or otherwise are void or unenforceable or should be held void or unenforceable.
Sufficient Consideration. The Guarantors acknowledge that the Guarantors have received good, valuable, and sufficient consideration for the making of this Guaranty and expressly agrees that recourse may be had against the Guarantors’ properties and assets for all obligations hereunder and further agrees that any and all of the Guarantors’ properties and assets shall be subject to execution for a judgment rendered against the Guarantors on this Guaranty by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Sufficient Consideration. I agree that the payments and benefits described in this Agreement are full and sufficient consideration for my promises in this Agreement, including but not limited to my Release.
Sufficient Consideration. This guarantee has been given for valuable consideration.
Sufficient Consideration. The alignment of the 2019 Plan document and Agreement with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code, as referenced in the introductory paragraph hereof, effected by this Amendment constitutes good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by the Executive’s acceptance of the this Amendment.
Sufficient Consideration. You agree that, absent your entry into this Agreement, you would not be entitled to the consideration set forth in Paragraph 2 of this Agreement. The payments and other consideration to be provided to you under this Agreement are solely in exchange for your promises in this Agreement, including your general release of claims, and represent amounts and/or other consideration in excess of any amounts to which you are otherwise entitled.
Sufficient Consideration. I agree that my at-will employment, or continued at-will employment, constitutes sufficient consideration for this Agreement. I further agree the parties hereto intend that this Agreement shall apply for the duration of my employment with PCM without regard to any change in my position with PCM which may occur between the effective date of this Agreement and the termination of my employment with PCM.
Sufficient Consideration. The mortal signee acknowledges that the granting of the mortal signee’s request constitutes sufficient consideration to render this contract binding.
