Common use of Successors or Assigns Clause in Contracts

Successors or Assigns. Except as otherwise provided herein, all the terms, conditions, covenants and agreements of this Lease shall extend to and be binding upon Landlord, Tenant and their respective heirs, administrators, executors, successors, subtenants, concessionaires, assigns and marital communities, if any, and upon any person or persons coming into ownership or possession of any interest in the Premises by operation of law or otherwise.

Successors or Assigns.
