Common use of Successors and Assigns Participations Clause in Contracts

Successors and Assigns Participations. (a) Each Loan Paper binds and inures to the benefit of the parties thereto, any intended beneficiary thereof, and each of their respective successors and permitted assigns. No Lender may transfer, pledge, assign, sell any participation in, or otherwise encumber its portion of the Obligation except as permitted by this Section 14.12.
