Successors and Assignors. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the Corporation and Executive and their respective heirs, personal and legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

Upon the execution of any permissible assignment and assumption of the obligations of CCI hereunder, Digi Link agrees that CCI shall have no further obligations hereunder. For purposes of this Agreement, "affiliate" shall mean any entity which has 5% or more common ownership with CCI.
