Common use of Successors and Assignees Clause in Contracts

Successors and Assignees. The LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY, insofar as authorized by law, binds itself and its successors to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The CONSULTANT binds its successors, , administrators and assignees to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The CONSULTANT shall not, however, assign or subcontract the whole or any part of this Agreement without the LOCAL PULIC AGENCY’s prior written consent.

Successors and Assignees. The LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY, insofar as authorized by law, binds itself and its successors successors, and the CONSULTANT binds their successors, executors, administrators and assignees, to all of the terms and conditions other party of this Agreement. The CONSULTANT shall not, however, assign or subcontract the whole or any part of this Agreement without the LOCAL PULIC AGENCY’s prior written consentother.
