Successor Sub-Servicers. Any Sub-Servicing Agreement shall provide that the Servicer shall be entitled to terminate any Sub-Servicing Agreement and to either itself directly service the related Mortgage Loans or enter into a Sub-Servicing Agreement with a successor Sub-Servicer which qualifies under Section 3.02.
