SUBSTITUTION POLICY. Any personnel who serves as a substitute teacher must conduct the class as if it were his/her own. A teacher may be required to cover classes or supervise additional students due to administrative initiation or assignment up to five (5) times per semester during same scheduled planning period with no more than two (2) times per week required. Teachers who cover classes or supervise additional students due to administrative initiation or assignment more than five (5) times per semester will be paid per class period according to the following schedule: (July 2013)

SUBSTITUTION POLICY. If, after the placement test taken on arrival at the school, a student is found to be at a level which is not appropriate for their booked course, the school reserves the right to place the student in an appropriate level class, which may have fewer lessons and a different curriculum. ATTENDANCE POLICY All students on F-1 visas are required by the United States Immigration Law to meet full-time cumulative attendance of 80% or higher, and withhold a 70% or higher GPA. If a student fails to meet these requirements, they will receive two warnings. A third warning will result in termination of their visa status. SESSION BREAKS Students who have studied for a minimum of 4 consecutive months at Q International with an attendance of over 80%, and are registered for a further 2 months of study, are entitled to a session break of up to 2 weeks. Session breaks cannot be more than 2 weeks, including all Q International School breaks except the standard Christmas break. Students enrolled for 24+ weeks may take a break of up to 5 months if they are leaving the US. Students returning from their session break cannot expect to return to the same class, teacher or housing. No credit is given for housing during session breaks. Students requiring a visa for study must ensure that their visa is issued for the correct dates to include any session breaks. HEALTH DECLARATION AND VACCINATION Students must report on their application any mental or physical challenges that may interfere with their studies and/or stay in America. Q International School reserves the right to reject an applicant or terminate a student’s enrollment if the application was not filled out accurately. Vaccination to study on a F-1 visa is a requirement and documentations will need to be provided prior to the start of the program. OFFERINGS Courses, dates, rates and fees are subject to change. Private lessons will be scheduled subject to teacher availability. TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS AND CREDENTIALS EARNED The transferability of credits and certificate you earn at Q International School is at the complete discretion of an institution to which you may seek to transfer. SUBSTITUTION POLICY. In the event of maintenance problems, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, UBC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide comparable rooms to the Client in replacement of those rooms originally reserved on behalf of the Client. Non-league subs must provide proof of current USA Hockey registration. If there is misbehavior from a non-league player, that player will be asked to leave, and the hosting league player will sit out his/her next scheduled game. · League players may sub in their respective divisions or in a higher division. Sub Courtesy - Try to find a sub from the lower levels to help the league develop players. Try to ask players who don’t normally get asked to sub. · A sub may score a maximum of two goals during a game. · A team should not exceed the total number of players on its regular roster when including a sub. (If a team ends up with extra players—including subs—the captain of the opposing team must approve them.) SUBSTITUTION POLICY. Although Gympass takes every reasonable measure to have sufficient classes and sessions to fill your requests, availability of offerings may change without notice. Gympass is not responsible for the unavailability of a particular Third Party Provider, or a particular class, session, or location. Nor is Xxxxxxx responsible for removal of any Third Party Provider’s Services from the Platform. Can I invite my Family Members to join Gympass? If you have an active Membership, you can add a qualifying Family Member (your spouse/life partner, child, parent, or other household member) if allowed under the provisions of the agreement between Gympass and the entity that sponsors your Gympass Membership. A qualifying Family Member must also create a Gympass account with a unique username and password. You are financially responsible for the payment of any Subscription or other fees that are owed in a Family Member’s account. Gympass reserves the right to request proof of the Family Member’s qualification. Any other terms that apply to a Family Member account are as stated in the Platform when you provide your Family Member’s information or specified during the Family Member’s enrollment process. Any Family Member under 18 is only permitted to use our Services through an account controlled by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission and under their direct supervision. SUBSTITUTION POLICY. A full conference, single day or Degree Works Forum substitution may be made at anytime for a paid- in-full registrant from the same institution. A pre-conference training substitution from the same institution must be made prior to 30 days before the session (March 15, 2016). There is a $50 processing fee on all substitutions. The substitution fee must be paid via credit card at the time the substitution is processed.
