Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary has the power and shall be entitled, at any time and from time to time, to remove Trustee or any successor trustee and to appoint another trustee in the place of Trustee or an successor trustee, by an instrument recorded in the Official Records of the county or counties where the Property is located. The recorded instrument shall be conclusive proof of the proper substitution and appointment of the successor Trustee without the necessity of any conveyance from the predecessor Trustee.
