Common use of Substitution of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary may, from time to time, by a written instrument executed and acknowledged by Beneficiary and recorded in the county or counties where the Property is located, and by otherwise complying with appropriate statutory provisions, substitute a successor or successors for the Trustee named herein or acting hereunder. Upon the recording of such appointment in the mortgage records of the county or counties in which the Property is situated, the successor Trustee shall be vested with all the powers of the original Trustee.
