Substitution of Goods and Services. Seller shall not procure, or permit its Contractors or Subcontractors to procure, any service or Good (including any equipment, system, material, or item) that (a) is required in the Scope Book to be procured from an Approved Vendor from any Person other than an Approved Vendor or (b) does not meet the requirements set forth in the Scope Book, without obtaining Buyer’s prior written consent.
