SUBSTITUTING OPPORTUNITY FOR MEDIA ASSISTANTS. At the principal's discretion, a Media Assistant who is properly certified as a substitute teacher, will be provided the opportunity to substitute for an absent Media Specialist in the Media Assistant's home school for absences of five (5) or fewer consecutive days. At the principal's discretion, a Teacher Assistant substitute may be hired to fill the Media Assistant's position during this time. A Media Assistant who accepts a substituting position will be paid the daily rate for a certified substitute instead of the Media Assistant's regular daily pay. All pay received for substituting in a position requiring certification will be reportable to TRS and subject to all applicable employee TRS and THIS contributions.

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

  • Teaching Assistants 1. All Teaching Assistants shall receive the same remuneration per base unit and the difference between the amount paid a Graduate Teaching Assistant and other Teaching Assistants is an associated scholarship. See XIII D. for appropriate compensation.

  • EDUCATION ASSISTANTS 1. All Education Assistants employed by the Board to assist teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and duties under the School Act and Regulations shall be assigned to classes and/or students by the Principal and shall be assigned specific duties by the teacher during the designated periods of time.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

If you use any of the Subscription Services or Software associated with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite for Production Purposes, or use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription entitlement independently, you agree to purchase the applicable number of Units of the applicable Software Subscription. Red Hat does not provide Production Support or Development Support for Red Hat Enterprise Developer Suite.

  • Recruitment Through Jobcentre Plus 5.1 One of the key objectives of the Department for Work and Pensions is to move people from welfare into work. DWP has a Great Britain-wide network of Jobcentre Plus offices that provide job broking services for unemployed people. The Contractor is therefore required to notify Jobcentre Plus when recruiting staff for any entry-level job vacancies located within Great Britain, which may arise from the delivery of their contract to the Authority.
