Substitute Limited Partner. A Person who is admitted as a Limited Partner to the Partnership in place of and with all the rights of a Limited Partner.
Substitute Limited Partner. The assignee of the whole or a portion of a Partnership interest shall be admitted as a substitute Limited Partner upon compliance with the following conditions:
