Substation technical requirements. The three-phase power transformer shall be supplied with current transformers incorporated into the bushing insulators, with three (3) 5P20 protection cores, for the three phases and in the three windings, in addition to the corresponding cores for thermal image regulation and protection. For the reactor, the loss value shall be guaranteed for operation at the rated voltage. The guaranteed values shall meet IEC 60076 or its ANSI/IEEE equivalent.

The Participant shall maintain availability of its data for query on a 24 hour/7 day basis with the exception of routine and unexpected maintenance, at greater than 99% uptime monthly. The Participant shall make its data available for a minimum look-back period of 18 months up to and including current available data and update the available data daily.
