Substantial Completion Deadline. 4.2.1.1. DB Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Project within the time frame established in Exhibit 2. Said dates for achieving Substantial Completion, as they may be extended hereunder, are referred to herein as the “Substantial Completion Deadline.”
Substantial Completion Deadline. The “Substantial Completion Deadline” is September 1, 2022, which date may be extended due to Force Majeure up to the Guaranteed Commercial Operation Deadline. In no event will the Substantial Completion Deadline be extended beyond the Guaranteed Commercial Operation Deadline.

Substantial Completion Deadline. 4.2.1.1 Developer shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Project within the time frame established in Exhibit 2. Said date for achieving Substantial Completion, as it may be extended hereunder, is referred to herein as the “Substantial Completion Deadline.”
Substantial Completion Deadline. Design-Builder shall achieve Substantial Completion on or before September 1, 2025 (the “Substantial Completion Deadline”). The date the Project has achieved Substantial Completion is the “Substantial Completion Date.”
Substantial Completion Deadline. 10 Developer shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Project not later than the 11 Substantial Completion Deadline.
Substantial Completion Deadline. DBT shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Project not later than the Substantial Completion Deadline.
Substantial Completion Deadline. The DB Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion within the deadline set forth in Exhibit B. Said deadline for Substantial Completion, as it may be extended hereunder, is referred to as the “Substantial Completion Deadline.” Final Completion Deadline The DB Contractor shall achieve Final Completion within the deadline set forth in Exhibit B. Said deadline for Final Completion, as it may be extended hereunder, is referred to as the “Final Completion Deadline.” No Time Extensions Except as otherwise specifically provided in Section 14, the District shall have no obligation to extend any Completion Deadlines, and the DB Contractor shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with the Contract Schedule and the applicable Completion Deadlines for any reason.
Substantial Completion Deadline. Developer shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Project on or before 1734 days after the effective date of NTP1; provided, however, that if the NEPA Approval is not obtained within 90 days after NTP1, the time within which Developer must achieve Substantial Completion shall be extended by the number of days between (i) the 90th day after issuance of NTP1 and (ii) the date on which TxDOT notifies Developer of the NEPA Approval. Said date for achieving Substantial Completion, as it may be extended hereunder, is referred to herein as the “Substantial Completion Deadline.”
Substantial Completion Deadline. Subject to adjustments of the Contract Time as provided in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later than [TBD] calendar days from the Commencement Date of the Work (the “Substantial Completion Deadline” for the entire Work). Subject to adjustments of the Contract Time as provided in the Contract Documents, if portions of the Work are to be completed prior to Substantial Completion of the entire Work, Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of such portions by the following dates :
