Common use of Subsidiaries of the Company Clause in Contracts

Subsidiaries of the Company. The Company does not own, directly or indirectly, any shares of stock or any other equity or long-term debt securities of any corporation or other entity other than (i) its interests in the Funds, the General Partners, the Advisors, MSCII Equity Interests, LLC, Main Street Equity Interests, Inc.; (ii) those corporations or other entities accounted for as portfolio investments in accordance with the Commission’s rules and regulations (each a “Portfolio Company” and collectively, the “Portfolio Companies”); and (iii) 100% of the equity interests in tax blocker subsidiaries that hold equity interests in one or more Portfolio Companies.

Subsidiaries of the Company. The Company does not own, directly or indirectly, any shares of stock or any other equity or long-term debt securities of any corporation or other entity other than (i) its interests in the Funds, the General Partners, the AdvisorsInvestment Advisor, MSCII Equity Interests, LLC, Main Street Equity Interests, Inc.; (ii) those corporations or other entities accounted for as portfolio investments in accordance with the Commission’s rules and regulations (each a “Portfolio Company” and collectively, the “Portfolio Companies”); and (iii) 100% of the equity interests in tax blocker subsidiaries corporations that hold equity interests in one or more Portfolio Companies.
