Subsequent Orders. If in the future the Licensee orders or rents from EAI additional programs without executing a new license agreement, acceptance by the licensee of such additional programs shall be deemed to the approval and consent that the subsequent order is governed by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Nothing on this agreement, however, shall be construed to impose any obligation on EAI to accept any further orders from the Licensee.
Subsequent Orders. The acceptance of any order through Representative after the expiration or termination hereof shall not be deemed a renewal or extension hereof nor a waiver of expiration or termination; however, such order shall be governed by and handled in accordance with all the terms, conditions and limitations contained in this Agreement as if this Agreement had not been terminated.
Subsequent Orders. All subsequent orders shall be in writing or if placed orally, shall be confirmed in writing within three business days after such oral order. All orders, whether in writing or verbal shall specify: (1) the quantity and description of the products; (2) requested delivery dates (3) applicable price; and (4) any special instructions. All orders shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. No additional or different provisions contained in the Contractor's purchase orders or any other business forms shall be of any force or effect whatsoever unless agreed to in writing by the other party.
Subsequent Orders. All subsequent orders to be shipped from Synercard shall be a minimum ofUS$2500.
Subsequent Orders. The Adobe Partner, on behalf of the Enterprise, will place subsequent orders for the On-premise Software (including orders for additional or true-up licences) for the remainder of the Licence Term, by the deadlines indicated in Exhibit B.
Subsequent Orders. After the Initial Order for 2,000 Terminals ordered hereunder have been purchased, orders for additional Terminals shall be in writing and shall specify arrival dates of not less than 10 weeks from delivery of the order to Micronet. Micronet may, by written notification delivered to Teletrac within 10 working days of Micronet Receipt of a subsequent order, elect not to fill the subsequent order. If Micronet does not notify Teletrac of its election to not fill the subsequent order, the order shall be filled as described in this paragraph 1.3 and in accordance with the other terms of this Agreement. All subsequent orders shall be for at least 1000 Terminals per order. The prices set forth in paragraph 3.1 shall apply to subsequent orders, but shall be subject to an annual increase on each anniversary of the effective date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the increase in the U.S. Consumer Price Index ("CPI") over the prior 12-month period. Micronet shall use its reasonable efforts to expeditiously fill subsequent orders.
Subsequent Orders. (a) Client will nominate one representative to whom Kaplan will give access rights to manage the Subscription Options in the Product, including the number of and relevant Users (‘Client Administrator’).
Subsequent Orders. In addition to the initial Sales Order Form set forth in Schedule A, the Parties may enter into agreement on one or more additional Sales Order Forms, each of which provides a general description of the additional products and/or services that extend the original SaaS Solution to form a new SaaS Solution to be provided by Azolve to Customer. All terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement are automatically incorporated in, and deemed part of, each such Sales Order Form.
Subsequent Orders. Subsequent Orders. For orders placed after the initial order, including for new Equipment, spare Equipment parts, other Services (including Professional Services), and Improvements, Customer shall pay FlashParking as set forth in the applicable Schedule, Agreement addenda, invoice, or statement of work.
