Subsequent Membership. Public agencies who do not initially approve and become signatories to this Agreement, have withdrawn and wish to reapply, or are newly created municipalities or Limited Purpose Local Government Entities may join and become signatories to this Agreement upon approval of, and pursuant to the conditions established by, the Governing Board.

Subsequent Membership. Eligible public agencies that seek membership after the expiration of the Initial Membership Period, may become Members of the Authority as follows: (1) delivering to the Authority’s Secretary a duly approved and executed copy of this Agreement; (2) paying the Subsequent Membership Fee as specified in Section 5.01(b); (3) obtaining the express approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) to become a Member; and (4) complying with any further requirements mandated by the Board. Admission of Members after the Initial Membership Period shall not require amendment to this Agreement. The Secretary shall keep a historical roster of Members and their dates of admission and withdrawal.
Subsequent Membership. All employees who are not members of the Union at the time this Agreement becomes effective, but who subsequently elect to become members of the Union shall remain members of the Union as a condition of continued employment, and, during the period mentioned in Section 1 above shall have an opportunity to withdraw from membership if they so desire, without recourse.
Subsequent Membership. Public agencies who qualify as members under Section 1.6 but who do not initially approve and become signatories to this Agreement, have withdrawn and wish to reapply, or are newly created municipalities may later formally join and become signatories to this Agreement upon approval of, and pursuant to the conditions established by, the Governing Board. Appendix 1 of this Agreement will be modified as new members are added to the Commission and the amended Appendix 1 will be considered binding and the official list of membership from that point forward until Appendix 1 is modified again.

  • Bargaining Unit Members hired before July 1, 1995 Those Bargaining Unit Members whose current regular assigned work shift ends after 5:00 p.m. or commences before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. and who are currently receiving a shift differential pay of five percent (5%) for time worked after 5:00 p.m. or before 7:30 a.m. shall continue to receive said differential.
