Subscription Terminations. If you subscribe to the software, you may terminate this entire agreement at any time by notifying us at the following link – xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/SubscriptionCancellation. Unless you notify us that you do not wish to terminate, your termination will be effective on the 30th day following your completion of the termination request. The software will then revert to “read-only” mode and you will lose access to any features that require Sage Business Care.

  • Other Terminations If Executive’s service with the Company is terminated by the Company or by Executive for any or no reason other than as a Covered Termination, then Executive shall not be entitled to any benefits hereunder other than accrued but unpaid salary, bonus, vacation and expense reimbursement in accordance with applicable law and to elect any continued healthcare coverage as may be required under COBRA or similar state law.

  • Vendor’s Termination If TIPS fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Vendor shall provide written notice to TIPS specifying the default (“Notice of Default”).
