Subscription Renewal. 5.1. Customer may renew its Product subscription for another year by submitting a written request to JetBrains 30 (thirty) days prior to the end of the Toolbox Subscription term.

Subscription Renewal. Unless duly terminated, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive 12 calendar-months terms, at the then current fees in accordance with the Agreement. Except as otherwise agreed to in the C3 Hub Order Form, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that renewal fees and charges will be increased, from time to time, in C3’s sole discretion. However, such increase will not exceed the increase of the Consumer Price Index for Canada published by Statistics Canada or any successor agency for the relevant period. C3 will notify and invoice the Customer for the subsequent term 60 days before the end of the current term or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in the C3 Hub Order Form. The Customer may terminate this Agreement as provided for in Section 13 - Termination. If no such cancellation has been received by C3, the renewal fees and additional charges invoiced, if any, will become due and payable as mutually agreed upon in the C3 Hub Order Form. Renewal of subscription and continued use of the C3 Hub will be a binding acceptance of the Terms of Use, as posted 30 days prior to the start date of renewal of the Customer subscription term, including any C3 modifications, if any and price changes as detailed above. Renewal fees for the following term will be automatically invoiced to Customer’s account in accordance with the Agreement unless C3 has received a proper cancellation notice. To prevent any interruption in the use of the C3 Hub the Customer must pay C3 the renewal fees and additional charges, if any, before the beginning of a new term or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in the C3 Hub Order Form.
