Subscription Renewal. 5.1. Customer may renew its Product subscription for another year by submitting a written request to JetBrains 30 (thirty) days prior to the end of the Toolbox Subscription term.
Subscription Renewal. Unless duly terminated, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive 12 calendar-months terms, at the then current fees in accordance with the Agreement. Except as otherwise agreed to in the C3 Hub Order Form, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that renewal fees and charges will be increased, from time to time, in C3’s sole discretion. However, such increase will not exceed the increase of the Consumer Price Index for Canada published by Statistics Canada or any successor agency for the relevant period. C3 will notify and invoice the Customer for the subsequent term 60 days before the end of the current term or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in the C3 Hub Order Form. The Customer may terminate this Agreement as provided for in Section 13 - Termination. If no such cancellation has been received by C3, the renewal fees and additional charges invoiced, if any, will become due and payable as mutually agreed upon in the C3 Hub Order Form. Renewal of subscription and continued use of the C3 Hub will be a binding acceptance of the Terms of Use, as posted 30 days prior to the start date of renewal of the Customer subscription term, including any C3 modifications, if any and price changes as detailed above. Renewal fees for the following term will be automatically invoiced to Customer’s account in accordance with the Agreement unless C3 has received a proper cancellation notice. To prevent any interruption in the use of the C3 Hub the Customer must pay C3 the renewal fees and additional charges, if any, before the beginning of a new term or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in the C3 Hub Order Form.
Subscription Renewal. Usage Rights in Cisco Technology acquired on a subscription basis will automatically renew for the renewal period indicated on the order You or Your Cisco Partner placed with Cisco (“Renewal Term”) unless:

Usage Rights in Cisco Technology acquired on a subscription basis will automatically renew for the renewal period indicated on the order You or Your Cisco Partner placed with Cisco (“Renewal Term”) unless: (a) You notify Your Approved Source in writing at least 45 days before the end of Your then-current Usage Term of Your intention not to renew; or (b) You or Your Cisco Partner elect not to auto-renew at the time of the initial order placed with Cisco. Your Approved Source will notify You reasonably in advance of any Renewal Term if there are fee changes. The new fees will apply for the upcoming Renewal Term unless You or Your Cisco Partner promptly notify Cisco in writing, before the renewal date, that You do not accept the fee changes. In that case, Your subscription will terminate at the end of the current Usage Term.
Subscription Renewal. After the initial Subscription Term, unless otherwise specified on the Order, your Software subscription will automatically renew for subsequent annual terms unless either party gives the other party written notice of nonrenewal at least 30 days before the last day of your then-current Subscription Term. You agree that, if you do not give written notice of non- renewal prior to the date that is 30 days before the last day of your then-current Subscription Term, you will pay the subscription fees applicable to the Renewal Term at Nasuni’s then-current rates (or such other renewal rate, if any, specified on the Order). The renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at our then-current list price in effect at the time of the renewal, unless otherwise stated on the Order or otherwise agreed by the parties in writing at the time of the renewal.

Subscription Renewal. Usage Rights in Xxxxxx Software acquired on a subscription basis will automatically renew for the renewal period indicated on the order You placed with Xxxxxx (“Renewal Term”) unless:

Inion will notify You reasonably in advance of any Renewal Term if there are fee changes. The new fees will apply for the upcoming Renewal Term unless You promptly notify Inion in writing, before the renewal date, that You do not accept the fee changes. In that case, Your subscription will terminate at the end of the current Usage Term.

Subject to earlier termination as expressly provided for in this Agreement, the initial Term of this Agreement shall be for the Usage Term specified Your Entitlement, or in the event of multiple Entitlements, until the Term of all Entitlements has expired. Each Entitlement and this Agreement shall automatically renew after the initial Term and any renewal Term for one year (“Renewal Term”) unless You notify Cisco in writing at least 30 days before the end of Your then-current Usage Term of Your intention not to renew. In order to provide such notice, please log into your account and follow the appropriate instructions. Cisco will notify You reasonably in advance of any Renewal Term if there are fee changes. The new fees will apply for the upcoming Renewal Term unless You notify Cisco in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date, that You do not accept the fee changes. In that case, Your subscription will terminate at the end of the current Usage Term.
