Subscription Plans. The Customer’s subscription plan for the Subscription Services is specified in the applicable Sales Order. The Customer may not reduce the Customer’s commitment under the subscription plan specified in the Sales Order during the Subscription Term. The Customer is not entitled to any refund of fees paid or relief from fees due if the volume of Subscription Services the Customer actually uses is less than the volume the Customer ordered, and the Customer may not carry over any of the unused volume to the Customer’s next Subscription Term.

Subscription Plans. GAF currently offers monthly and annual subscriptions for GAF Project. User Fees will be charged in advance for each user on a monthly or annual basis, depending upon your subscription. For monthly subscriptions, User Fees are charged based on the number of individual logins assigned to your account during such month regardless of whether a user actually logged into GAF Project during such month. For annual subscription renewals, User Fees are charged based on the number of individual logins assigned to your account during the month prior to your renewal regardless of whether a user actually logged into GAF Project during such month. You may convert a monthly subscription for any or all of your users to an annual subscription at any time; provided, however, that if you do so, the term of the annual subscription will be twelve (12) months from the date of such conversion and you will be charged in full for the annual subscription fee at the time of such conversion.

Subscription Plans. Plan Types: We may offer free memberships and paid subscription plans that allow you to create and share video content. We may also offer additional digital content or services on a pay-per-use basis. Advertised prices and features may change. Personal Use Accounts: Free users may use the Services for their own personal purposes. They may not: (a) use the Services for commercial purposes; or (b) use any video they create using the Services for commercial purposes. Single plan: A single or ‘professional’ plan is valid for only one single end user. If you have registered for a Single Plan on behalf of a company or organization, each end user must register for his or her own account. Single or “Professional" plan users may use the Services to create videos for their own business purposes or for multiple third parties that invite them to create stories on behalf of this parties. Business plan: “Business” plan users and the accounts (minimum 5) connected to the “Business” plan may use the Services to create videos for multiple third parties (e.g., clients), which may use the video for their own personal use or business purposes.

Subscription Plans. If you purchase a subscription plan, your subscription will continue in effect and renew on a recurring basis (as determined by AllWell), unless and until you cancel your subscription. If you provide a credit card or other payment method accepted by AllWell and sign up for a paid subscription through the Service, you are expressly agreeing that AllWell (or our designated third-party payment provider) is authorized to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) on a recurring basis, as applicable. AllWell reserves the right to change the terms of your subscription, including price, from time to time, effective as of the beginning of your next billing period following the date of the change. If AllWell changes the subscription fee or other charges for your subscription, we will give you advance notice of these changes. If you purchase a subscription from us with promotional pricing, it will renew at non-promotional pricing unless you cancel your subscription prior to renewal (as may also be explained in more detail at the time of your purchase at the promotion pricing).
Subscription Plans. Company may offer plans that allow Client to use certain aspects of the Services, either for free or for a fee (a "Subscription Plan"). Company may change Subscription Plans by offering new services for additional fees and charges and adding or amending fees and charges for existing Subscription Plans in Company’s sole discretion. Any change to a Subscription Plan’s pricing or payment terms will become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change as provided in the Agreement.
